FAQ
1. How much does it cost to book a Walt Disney World Vacation?
* $200.00 is the deposit due at booking if the client isn’t flying. If flying and booking flight through Disney, the total amount is due at booking. Also, if the trip is booked less than 30 days from departure date, the total balance must be paid at booking.
2. How much does it cost to use a travel agent for my vacation?
* My services are 100% FREE to you!! I will assist you with every aspect of your vacation. From the initial decision making to dining reservations and Fastpasses. I’m here to make sure you have a wonderful experience!
3. How many days should I plan to stay at Walt Disney World?
* This depends on your families’ needs and how you want your vacation to go. Personally, I recommend a minimum of 5 days. If you like to take things slow and not be rushed at all, a minimum of 7 days. There is plenty to do at Disney so you can never have too many days, in my opinion. It just depends on your budget and what works best for you and your family.
4. Is the Disney Dining Plan worth the extra $$?
* I have been on trips both with and without the dining plan and again, this decision varies from family to family. If you have younger children who are really looking forward to meeting characters, I would definitely suggest the dining plan, you get to meet the characters you want with no lines and your meal is paid for before you arrive! If you have older children or a group of adults who are going to spend more time on rides, you might just want to take advantage of the Quick Service Dining Plan. Or if you like to just wing it and eat what you want when you want, you may want to do no dining plan at all. Again, I’ve been on trips both ways and you’ll have a good time no matter what!
5. When is the earliest I can make dining reservations/Fastpass reservations?
* 180 days is the number for Dining reservations. All table service restaurants start taking reservations 180 days from your vacation start time.
* Fastpasses can be made 60 days in advance if staying in a Disney resort, 30 days if staying off property.
6. Can I customize my magic band with my favorite Disney character?
* The magic bands that come with your package are all solid colors, but yes you can choose whichever color you prefer and personalize the name that will be on the inside of the band.
* The character bands are only available in the parks or on disneystore.com, these will have to be synced to your reservation after you receive them.
7. “My kids haven’t seen that many Disney movies; will they still enjoy Walt Disney World?”
* ABSOLUTELY! The great thing about Disney is there is something for everyone! Even if you have no idea what the “theme” of the ride is or who the characters are on the ride, you kids will still love the bright colors and storylines all the rides
